Children

We cannot be responsible for the safety of children while their parents receive services, therefore, no children are allowed on the clinic floor unless they are receiving a haircut while accompanied by a parent/guardian. This includes baby carriers, strollers, etc.

Children are not permitted to wait in the retail area unaccompanied.

Spa Services

Children must be at least 16 years of age to receive a spa service (including waxing). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent in order to receive a spa service.

Chemical Services

Children must be at least 12 years of age to receive chemical services and accompanied by a parent.

Pets

Pets are only allowed on the clinic floor for medical reasons.

Returns/Exchanges

Unopened Products: Products that have not been opened may be returned in exchange for a store credit (issued on a gift card).

Used Products: Products that have been opened and are substantially full may be exchanged for store credit.

Appointments

If a guest is more than 15 minutes late with no contact, we reserve the right to change the services according to time constraints or cancel the appointment.

Cancellations

Out of consideration for everyone involved, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmation calls are placed 48 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. If the 24 hour notice is not given we reserved the right to withhold the booking of any future appointments, whether it be for an individual or a group.
