Prospective students may request information over the phone or via our website, but must apply in person. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or by special appointment. Enrollment is continuous with new classes starting every other month.

If you're excited about the prospect of training at the Aveda Institute, here's all you have to do to get started.

1. Complete the General Information Form (WORD | PDF ) and submit to the Admissions office.
2. Have an informational interview with an Admissions Representative.
3. Take and pass the entrance exam.
4. Submit your high school transcripts or a copy of your General Education Diploma (GED).
5. Submit a completed enrollment contract (to be provided by your Admissions Representative) with a non-refundable application fee.

Transfer Students

Applicants for transfer into cosmetology and esthiology are considered on an individual basis. Aveda Institute may, as its discretion, refuse transfers if admission requirements, including tuition, cannot be met. The Aveda Institute does not accept transfer hours into any course.
