New Orleans team wins first place in Edwin Neill Full Potential Awards
A student team from the Aveda Institute New Orleans won first place at the Edwin Neill Full Potential Awards in August. These awards are given to cosmetology and esthiology students who show promise to excel in the business of beauty. The team consisted of Natalie Lamarque, cut and stylist, LaShawn Revader, colorist and Thuy Pham, makeup artist. The students submitted before and after photos of hairstyles (winning look pictured) along with essays on the method for their creations.
